Please join us at our open house Tuesday Jan 27 from 11am-1pm. We happily present this exquisite and unique 1927 Spanish revival estate that has just undergone a thoughtful and EXTENSIVE RENOVATION AND ADDITION. The next owner will certainly appreciate the privacy, tranquility and historic charm of this enchanting one acre property (one of the neighborhood's original farm houses), nestled between Tufts Avenue and Stanford Avenue in Old Cherry Hills. The main house, silo and casita total 5 Bedrooms * 8 Bathrooms * 2 Studies. Redefined for today's lifestyle, the multi-year project included an addition of a new wing to the home that allows for a gorgeous main floor primary suite and laundry room and an enlarged basement that is now complete with a new full gym, wet bar, wine tasting cellar and home theater. The top to bottom renovation tripled the size of the kitchen and included all new electrical, HVAC, plumbing, retexturing of walls, 6 skylights, 5 egress windows and hand removal of the original clay tile roof which were mixed with new clay tiles to create a new seamless Spanish style roof. All new hardscaping around the home, a new outdoor kitchen, wood burning fireplace, sprinkler system, new garage, many new trees and shrubs, heated driveway under half of roundabout closest to main house, new hot tub and both entry gates (with remotes) have Doorbird keypads with video and hard switches to open from main house. The 3 story silo (built in the 1880s) was also just renovated and now houses a wonderful study, TV room. The guest casita has new wood floors, a kitchenette, full sized murphy bed and 3/4 bathroom and French doors to a private patio. The renovation of the silo, casita and 2 car garage included structural work, new windows, roof, lighting and mini splits for heating and AC. Tons of parking and so many beautiful spaces indoor and out for entertaining. The silo is just the beginning... Please come take a look!
